Amoeba+Partner Mechanism


At the end of 2018, the company began a strategic transformation and upgrading, implementing the Amoeba business model with the goal of creating a happy enterprise. The business philosophy underwent significant changes, with "customer first" before 2018 and "employee first" starting in 2019. The shareholder team proposed a new business philosophy of "striving for the material and spiritual happiness of all employees". Because when employees are happy, they will naturally be good to customers, and when customers are satisfied, profits will naturally be generated. With profits, greater efforts can be made to repay employees through dividends. Putting employees first reflects the shareholder's concept of "putting others before oneself and achieving win-win results with employees". Moreover, our dividends in the past two consecutive years have also reflected this. Despite the pandemic in 2020, all employees worked hard, and our sales increased by nearly 40% and net profit increased by 210%. In March 2021, we implemented the 2020 annual dividend, and the company distributed most of its operating profits to all employees who contributed. At the beginning of 2021, the company had signed a business agreement with Second Class Bus, and if the business goals were achieved, most of the operating profits would also be distributed to employees in 2021. These are all part of the shareholder's practice of employee management philosophy.


The company is committed to building an Amoeba+Partner platform, where employees become partners upon joining and can enjoy partner dividends. Strugglers among employees, including grassroots employees and middle-level cadres, can receive additional stock option incentives, enjoy dividends from registered shareholders, and receive investment returns from future stock appreciation when the company enters the capital market. The first batch of employee stock option incentives will be implemented on April 20, 2022. The company issues commemorative silver coins, equity certificates, and share option grant contracts to new shareholders.
